Hey everyone!
I found a better Traffic Study website to use. This one breaks down by most EVERY street intersection within LA Downtown, and possibly even more. Better yet, if you click the dates next to the reports, you get a basic breakdown for manual reports and even a QUARTERLY (of an hour) breakdown for automatic reports! Even better yet, its updated to the 2009-2010 year!!
